Graphics Design for Print Media

Our standard rate is $35.00 per hour for graphics design time, with a minimum billing of 1 hour. Meeting time with clients and associated travel time, within reason, is usually not billed. Once we understand the requirements, we provide a quotation based on estimate of time to complete. This quotation represents a ceiling amount which the total billing will not exceed UNLESS there are changes or additions made by the client which cause the job to go over estimated hours.

Rack Card, 4" x 9, full colour both sides.......$150 - $300
Business Card, Letterhead & Envelopes.......$50 - $200
Business Card, Postcard or Mailer.......$25 - $100
Full Colour Catalog.....$30 - $100 per page

Website Development

The billing rate for web setup and basic design is $35.00 per hour, with a minimum billing of $300. Flash animation is billed at $50 per hour. The average design cost for a custom website is $100 per page, and the cost of hosting and domain name are additional, without markup. Maintenance contracts are set up on a monthly or annual basis, and are billed at the rate of $35 per hour on a monthly, bimonthly, or annual basis depending on requirements.

Terms and Conditions

We require 50% deposit with contract. For print work, balance is due before files are released to the printer; for web design, balance is due before website "goes live". Payments can be made by cheque, or electronically by credit card via PayPal.
